Those of you who know us know that we don’t like to stand still with our noses in the air and watch the clouds go by, (although sometimes it wouldn’t hurt, on the contrary), but we do love to prepare ourselves with care and passion for the winter to come, even if this year it promises to be a little more complicated than usual. We have just finished a wonderful summer season, and already we have gone out to the alpine pastures in search of the best cheeses for our chopping boards. For now we’ve stocked up on the Malga Bordolona cheeses, but surely that won’t be enough, we’ll find more…. today instead we went to buy cabbage in Val di Gresta and put away the sauerkraut… it will be a couple of months before we’re ready, so right on time!
