Every day for more than ten years we have tended to the fieldswhere we grow the grapes that we process and turn into our three wines, Tosa, Galin and Sfulmini – a pure expression of our identity and our region.
These wines embody a strong character and all our passion and commitment to make the most of our beloved land and its fragrant fruits.
Our small wine production consists of a Teroldego, whose vineyard is located in Mezzolombardo; a blend of Manzoni Bianco and Grüner Veltliner, cultivated on the mountainsides of Brenta in Sporminore at an altitude of 550 metres; and finally a Metodo Classico, also from Manzoni Bianco and Grüner Veltliner grapes. These three wines are a pure expression of the identity of our region, from Piana Rotaliana to the Dolomites. For this reason, we’ve named them after some of the Brenta peaks: Tosa (Teroldego), Galin (white), and Sfulmini (sparkling). These wines embody a strong identity and character; we’re proud of them, and they reward us for the effort we put into tending our vineyards every day.
The Stelvin screw cap that we use for our bottles was a deliberate choice to preserve the organoleptic properties and freshness of the wines without compromising their aroma and quality, and to make serving easier and faster.
The preparation of jams was initially born from the need to have a complementary element in the preparation of desserts that would reflect our identity. It was then our customers who asked us to take home some of the jars as a souvenir of the experience in the refuge or as a simple gift for friends. And so we began to search for fruit that was ripe enough for processing, and to prepare jams during the long summer evenings: we love this moment because the refuge is filled with the scent of raspberries or blueberries, and in August with the sweet aroma of apricots.
