At Chalet Rifugio La Roda we are always heedful of what we offer our guests. We start from the selection of raw ingredients, and we design our menu by making in-house everything we serve: bread, pasta, desserts, and carne salada. Seasonality and wholesomeness are the ingredients that make each one of our dishes unique.
We believe that the best way to welcome our guests is to introduce them to our cuisine with tastings inspired by our Trentino tradition, which are the result of our study and continuous experimentation to discover new flavours and pairings.

Our family (chef Luigi, his wife Sabrina, and their children) is attentive to the needs of all guests and takes great care to meet their expectations with a tantalising menu and exquisite dishes, for a unique and unforgettable experience. To offer you an impeccable service we train our staff personally and treat them like family.
