Our white wine Galin, made from Manzoni Bianco and Gruner Veltliner grapes, has a bright straw-yellow colour.
Its aroma is intense, mineral, with an aroma reminiscent of beeswax, honey and at times petrol, accompanying a rich bouquet of white-flesh fruit.
On the palate it is pleasant, fresh, enveloping, fruity, with citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit; it is distinctly savoury, ideal for pairing with local appetisers and sophisticated first courses.

The Stelvin screw cap that we use for our bottles was a deliberate choice to preserve the organoleptic properties and freshness of the wines without compromising their aroma and quality, and to make serving easier and faster.

Our vineyard commitment
We are not a family of farmers, nor do we want to compete with other wineries in Trentino, but we take care of our countryside as if we were farmers. Every day we learn something new from the slow rhythms of nature, starting from the first bud that sprouts from the vine in spring, until the harvest in early autumn and the delivery of the grapes to the winery.
We are supported in this process by Azienda Agricola Cesconi, which gives us valuable advice and takes care of the vinification and bottling. We have been on this adventure for more than ten years now, and we are delighted that our wines – a reflection of the region and of our daily efforts – are particularly appreciated by our guests.
Our marmelade
The preparation of jams
The preparation of jams was initially born from the need to have a complementary element in the preparation of desserts that would reflect our identity. It was then our customers who asked us to take home some of the jars as a souvenir of the experience in the refuge or as a simple gift for friends. And so we began to search for fruit that was ripe enough for processing, and to prepare jams during the long summer evenings: we love this moment because the refuge is filled with the scent of raspberries or blueberries, and in August with the sweet aroma of apricots.
